Duties & responsibilities

·         Examine patients who have hearing, balance, or related ear problems.

·         Assess the results of the examination and diagnose problems.

·         Determine and administer treatment.

·         Administer relief procedures for various forms of vertigo.

·         Fit and dispense hearing aids.

Salary; $69,720

Education:  Doctoral or professional degree

No, I wouldn’t want to be one because it doesn’t seem so interesting to just look at the ears.
