Obedience

This quote means that once you pick up the habit of being respectful it wont go away. Also that you will be building blocks to success. It also means that once you are obedient nothing will stop you or get in your way. If you are not obedient it will become harder for you to be respectful. The more obedient you are the more easier it will become, it will also be worth it. Obedience will build a way up to sucess.
